How can I cancel my booking online?
There are the steps to cancel your booking online:1. Log in to the website and go to “My account” – "My orders" – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #"– “Edit order.”
2. Choose the passenger/booking you want to cancel and the reason.
3. Attach the necessary documents that will be listed after you select the refund reason.
4. Click on "Send request".
Please note that your ticket will only be cancelled after the refundable amount has been confirmed via “My account”. Also, keep in mind that an airline service fee may be applied according to the fare rules and policies, as well as an agency service fee.
