If you're wondering where to check the fare rules, just follow these steps:
2. Select the booking you want to check under "My Orders";
3. Click on "Fare rules (ticket changes/refund)";
4. The fare rules will appear in a new window. Make sure to read them carefully as they contain important information about ticket return or exchange conditions, penalties, surcharges, and other limitations;
5. You can change the language in the upper right corner of the window.
